Grocery List

We all have our quirks and one of mine happens to be keeping a pretty consistent grocery list. We buy many of the same things, but we try to be as creative with those items as possible.

I’ve been asked many times about the foods I eat because 1. I must eat very healthy and never eat “carbs” to have lost the weight I have or 2. I must eat all the junk food because those are the photos I share. Below is a list of what we pick up from the store. These items aren’t always found in our cabinets or fridge, but they’re common.

Vegetables
