I love to-do lists

We’re heading into the weekend and I’m so glad this week’s almost over.

First here’s my #100happydays post for yesterday!


Day 10: Sometimes when my accessories match, I feel like I have my shit together. Big week at work #donorevents #100happydays #happinessdoesntcomeinajar #dedication #philanthropy #giveback #payforward

Moving on…

Next week I had a few days off from work and the following week too, yay for unused vacation days! The past two weeks have been very much off the health path (cake for breakfast, beer for dinner); it’s been a little stressful and I’ve been caving to whatever is around me. Since I will have “me” time for the next two weeks I have made a healthy “to-do” list for myself. I am great with lists, I stick to them and I make sure everything gets checked off. Here’s what my list for the next two weeks looks like so far:

Food prep on Sundays and Wednesdays
Go to Bikram twice
Zumba class
4 days of weights
2 days of cardio machines
2 runs for distance
2 runs for endurance

I’ll figure out what days are what later, but this is what I want to accomplish at minimum. I know we all say you shouldn’t wait to get ‘er done, but commencement is tomorrow and personally I think this can wait until Sunday when I’ve slept a little more.
