Recipe: Slow Cooker Banana Bread



What You’ll Need

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour or almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Wet Ingredients

  • coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract






  • Crockpot
  • 2 bowls
  • handmixer



  1. Grease crockpot with coconut oil
  2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and set aside
  3. In a second bowl combine butter and maple syrup
  4. Add eggs into the second bowl, one egg at a time
  5. Add bananas into the second bowl
  6. Lastly add vanilla
  7. Combine both bowls
  8. Add batter to crockpot and set crockpot on high and cook for 2 hours
  9. To let bread to cool, remove from crockpot and slice
